Campaign time is apparently right around the corner, and what better way to get into the spirit of things than to marvel at the stunning first image from Jeurgen Teller's campaign for Marc Jacobs. Given Jacobs' inspiration for the season (dance, theater, performance in general) the campaign could really have gone in any number of directions.
If the first shot is anything to go by, we're in for a gorgeous, dramatic and truly funny campaign from Teller and Jacobs. I don't know about you, but I can't wait to see more.

i was actually shocked how much i liked this campaign when i first saw it in us vogue. i didn't see this toilet image in vogue, but jamie was wearing the same dress. i was shocked because jamie actually looks beautiful. i've never understood her appeal before, but this campaign is certainly helping with that. as for the toilet; its marc and teller so its kind of predictable that something of that sort would pop up. i'm excited to see the rest of the images.
I'm loving this as well, dear. it's all about minimal but striking images for campaigns, such as this or ones like Jil Sander SS08 campaign... they're always the most memorable. <3
btw love could you swap out the old link for my new URL?
hope you're enjoying the holiday season so far, hehe. <3
